Tool Navigation

The desktop tool has four main tabs in the top navigation bar:

FILE PATCH

Patch File Operations

Select brand and model, then patch partition files using server-defined secure ranges.

CMD SERVICES

ADB Command Services

Run secured device commands over ADB, including OTA disable and factory reset protection.

SPD DIAG

SPD Serial Diagnostics

Connect over serial port to run factory reset, reboot, and other SPD diag actions.

How Each Button Works
File Patch
Brand & Model Selection

Choose a brand first (Infinix, Tecno, or Itel), then select the exact model profile. Model IDs map to hardcoded secure offsets on the server.

  1. Open File Patch and select the target brand
  2. Pick the exact model from the filtered model list
  3. Only the selected model's server profile is used during patch
Write Patch to File

Runs secured patch flow and applies required zero-range/write operations to the selected file based on server-validated model profile.

  1. Select brand and model profile
  2. Choose the target file from your computer
  3. Wait for completion log and save confirmation
Network
Place Order (Network Unlock Network by IMEI)

Submits model + IMEI to server, computes unlock result, and returns code with server-sourced credit usage and remaining balance.

  1. Select brand and model from network lists
  2. Enter valid 15-digit IMEI
  3. Click Place Order and wait for unlock result
CMD Services
Disable OTA Updates (All Brands)

Connects to the device over ADB and applies the server-authorized OTA disable flow for supported models.

  1. Enable USB debugging and connect the device
  2. Open the CMD Services tab
  3. Click Disable OTA Updates (All Brands) and follow the operation log
Remove MDM [ Infinix,Tecno,Itel

Runs a protected ADB command sequence on a connected device.

  1. Connect the device with ADB enabled
  2. Open the CMD Services tab
  3. Click Remove MDM [ Infinix,Tecno,Itel and follow the operation log
SPD Diag
Serial Port Connection

Select the correct COM port, use Fast Connect or Rescan, then run authorized SPD diagnostic actions.

  1. Open the SPD Diag tab and choose the device port
  2. Use Fast Connect or Rescan until the port is ready
  3. Run Factory Reset or Reboot as needed
